A very nice switch. Copper terminals and sturdy construction. I suggest buying this as a kit so you get the knob and retaining nut as these are difficult to find. I originally purchased a switch (Standard brand #DS156) to replace the one in my 63 Chevy II. The original retaining nut did not work and neither did the knob. Standard did not sell a retaining nut so now im stuck with a switch i can't mount to the dash. I found a universal knob but the shaft was slightly too thin so it would sometimes pull out of the switch. This is a nice universal switch and worked perfectly for my application. Only issue is that it did not come with a wire diagram but I was able to look up a GM wire diagram and it worked for this switch. Rating:  [3 of 5 Stars!] |

I am restoring a 48 Chrysler for my best friends wife after he passed this year, his wife asked if i could put his cars back together for her so that's what i'm doing in, i'm sure ill be ordering more for the other cars ill be doing.
