Eligibility for Returns
You can return an item within 7 days of delivery if:

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Items that are damaged due to improper use

Electrical and electronic parts (unless faulty)

Items installed or used after delivery

Return Process

Email us at support@premiumautomotiveparts.com with your order number and reason for return.

Wait for return confirmation and shipping instructions.

Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address we provide.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exchanges
If you received a defective or wrong item, we’ll gladly replace it at no extra cost. Please report any issues within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), we’ll cover the return shipping.

For other cases, return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
