If you have a tie rod that's tight but has a rotted or torn boot, these will save you a lot of time and money, just remove the old boot, put one of these on, and re-grease. No need for any re-alignment. Just make sure you get the correct size. Rating:  [4 of 5 Stars!] |

This was probably one of the easiest things I ever replaced on any of my vehicles. On my 2010 Mazda CX-9 all I had to do was pull down the panel below the glovebox, removed the three screws holding in the old fan and unplug the wiring harness. Plugged the harness into the new fan, screwed it in with the three previous screws and put the panel back in place. DONE. ***HEADS UP*** If you are hearing a sloshing noise when turning left, your AC drain line is probably clogged. The water then runs into the fan...making the noise and eventually killing your fan. There are a few videos online that show how to clear this...pretty much comes down to blowing air into the drain exit. I had about a gallon of water come out when I cleared mine. These lamps are extremely well constructed and project a nice beam pattern. The front lens is glass instead of plastic which can yellow over time. Unlike many other after market lamps these are DOT approved and street legal in the USA. One nice added bonus is the units come with the wiring adapter to hook them up to the existing wiring harness.
